This month, Simeign:

• Found her hands and enjoys wringing them together. She’s started chewing and sucking on them more than ever!
• Started smiling at us when we talk with her. Your smile keeps changing as she perfects it. It’s fun to watch the evolution. Her smiles make us melt into parent moosh!
• Has great chats with us as she learns how to use her voice. Her voice is our most favorite sound in the world!
• Started holding toys, and in the case of this teether, used it for its intended purpose!
• Started putting one foot in front of the other. She likes to stand on me and then climb up my body, little mountain climber!

My cousin Caitlin came for a weekend visit. She loved spending time with Simeign and Lando.

She’s a natural with both of them and she’s welcome to come help anytime!

Anyone who knows Kielen knows that he appreciates time to himself. For Father’s Day, he asked for a day to spend time with his friends at the bar and play video games. Simeign and I stopped by the bar for a quick visit…baby’s first bar! Ha!
